You simply sit and begin your journey addressing your goals, your needs, and your wants. Then action plans, and shamanic counseling are used. Multiple sessions are needed for better results Axél uses crystal therapy, energy attunements, meditation, workbook exercises, life coaching, color art therapy, wellness coaching, feng shui counseling, and shamanic healing to help you reprogram your subconscious. After you gain the knowledge and techniques, you can then align it with your consciousness. This brings a new level of balance, you hadn't experienced before.
